brass-tack asked: Dude the Summering EP is so good, The Spins is fucking genius

Thanks! Means a lot. That one will turn into a full-band song soon!

A new t-shirt design for Blue Lunch, one of Cleveland’s premier jazz/blues bands. A bit of inspiration came from one of my favorite examples of design-for-music:  Reid Miles’ Blue Note record covers.

thenorthvalley asked: What fonts did you use on the Stay Sweet II Poster?

The title typeface is Ziggurat Black Italic & the body copy is one of the more condensed weights of Knockout.  Can’t go wrong with H&FJ.

Got a little weird on this one.  Poster for Tigers Jaw/Signals Midwest/CityCop at West End in Ashtabula, OH.

Digital poster made for Signals Midwest & Restorations’ spring outing.

Layout done for State Lines' self-titled 7” on Tiny Engines Records.  Initially I had something along the lines of Refused’s The Shape of Punk To Come, but the end product is primarily a photo-based layout using Juliana Werring's work.

A poster I created for Cleveland State University’s Sustainability & Vision Fair.  I enjoyed this one because I was able to play around with the identity a little bit while still adhering to a rigid, photo-based style.

Assorted package & design elements of the vinyl, CD and digital versions of Signals Midwest's 2011 release Latitudes and Longitudes.

This was completed as a collaborative effort with Loren Shumaker.

My piece for the 2012 Pinchflat poster show in Columbus, OH presented by Wild Goose Creative.  Prints available soon!

Designed for Ridgemont's summer tour.  Was told to keep it simple, black and white and make it known that they were “getting the fuck out of there”.  11x13 is a strange size to design at but I think it worked out.
